Where to Find Your Tracking Number
When your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Can not find it? Check your spam folder, and make sure you look for the email address you used at checkout.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the shipping email arrives.
Tracking Not Moving
Carrier scans can pause for a few days, especially when a package crosses a border. This is normal. If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
